We are not in shape or form in a recession. Why? We are in the Age of the New Economic Era, called the Internet. The reason the work will be faster than you can imagine is because the company found that the Internet is cost effective and they can move jobs overseas. The Internet can save companies millions of dollars. Companies are finding that they need not employees.They they can advertise on the internet for less money and doing a massive sale.
Many companies are realizing that they do not need a head, they do not have to pay benefits if they only use the internet. Now of course bad for the employees because they have lost their income.
If you think about it, in the Age of Agriculture and Slave Hunters there, these slaves served Master Slave Master Slave and gave them food and shelter for themselves and their families and they do not make a dime. Industrial Age than there are farmers growing corps of them and sell their goods for profit. Where people become more independent and able to be employed and have job security to care for their families. Now this is the internet where everything you ever wanted is right at your fingertips. Education, Shopping, Dating, connecting with others around the world.
The Internet is a lot that is also in order to find ways to make money, find a new partner and their higher education.
Technology is an issue in the new economy is era.It INFORMATION AGE. The information age has made the world a smaller place. A child in Compton can get on YouTube and see how a child living in Japan. You can stay in New York and video chat with someone in South Africa.Communication has been tremendous over the last 10 years. We currently live in a global community. Internet is to spread information quickly and is difficult for governments or companies to deceive people easily as it used to be. Leakage of confidential documents on a wiki is an example of that. As the age of agriculture based on cheap and free labor and industry is based on the age of mass production and factories, based on the age of information technology. The explosion of technology that we are experiencing is changing the workforce.
Our economy is transitioning to a global technology or system-based information. The problem with this is that the typical American worker is not ready for it. Manufacturing jobs are being cut and jobs are replacing their technology. American education system is a very rear (even at the college level) and foreign workers to become more in demand. Countries like India and China have more people registered as a genius rather than the entire population of North America.
Currently American workers, and worse of all American college students, not being prepared for this new age. Of all the American countries almost last in education. Elimination of the work has just begun. It’s getting worse. What has happened in Detroit was destined to happen in many cities if we are not prepared. As the information age is making the world smaller, companies can hire workers in Australia, Finland, China or India before they hire American workers are not ready. The new America’s economic future will be based at the Science, Engineering Technology, and Mathematics, all ranks of American college students last.
This is the hard truth. Things that will not back down. Eliminated low-skilled workers and highly skilled workers are replacing them. And higher education does not make you very skilled anymore. If your profession does not consist of the Science, Engineering Technology, or Mathematics then you are taking. The time now …. PREPARE YOURSELF.
